Community nursing care can support participants who require clinical assistance as part of their everyday life. Haya Support Services works with participants, families and support networks to deliver nursing support in a respectful, person-centred way. Support is tailored to the participant’s needs and may be delivered in the home or community, depending on individual circumstances and the supports included in the participant’s NDIS plan. Our approach focuses on dignity, communication, safety and helping participants maintain as much independence as possible while receiving appropriate clinical support.
